Due to the nature of our products and quality control standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Style or color preference

  • Accidental orders

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Once approved, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors are not eligible for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost.
